By accessing or using SpiralHosts services operated by Spiral International LLC DBA Spiral Technologies (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, and related hosting/infrastructure services.
  • Features may change as we improve the platform. We will communicate material changes when practical.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must provide accurate account and contact information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and for maintaining secure passwords/keys.

3. Payment & billing

  • Fees are due as stated on your invoice, quote, or order confirmation.
  • All charges are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Non‑payment may result in suspension and/or termination.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend service to protect the network, other customers, or comply with law.

6. Data, backups, and security

  • You are responsible for your data, including maintaining backups unless a managed backup service is explicitly purchased.
  • You agree not to attempt to bypass security or access others' systems.

7. Uptime and disclaimers

  • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • See our SLA for target uptime and service credits (if applicable).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiral International LLC DBA Spiral Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel according to your order terms.
  • We may suspend or terminate for policy violations, security risk, non‑payment, or unlawful activity.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New York law, with venue in Monroe County, New York (where permitted).
