This policy describes prohibited activities and content. It applies to all Services provided by SpiralHosts (Spiral International LLC DBA Spiral Technologies).

1. Prohibited content & activity

  • Illegal content or activity, including fraud, theft, or distribution of malware
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation content (zero tolerance; will be reported)
  • Threats of violence, harassment, or doxxing
  • Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, brute force, or credential stuffing
  • Copyright infringement beyond what is permitted by law

2. Network abuse

  • DDoS, botnets, amplification attacks, or participation in coordinated abuse
  • Open proxies, open resolvers, or misconfigurations that endanger others
  • Spam: unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or deceptive communications

3. Resource abuse

  • Cryptomining or high‑CPU workloads without approval (may be throttled or suspended)
  • Activities that destabilize the host node or degrade other customers

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate service immediately to protect the network, comply with law, or prevent harm. Where feasible, we will attempt to notify you.
