What’s included
Your hardware. Our infrastructure.
Bring your own servers, switches, or storage. We provide everything around them — power, network, physical security, and hands-on coordination.
Redundant A/B power
Dual power feeds, UPS, and generator backup keep your hardware powered even if one feed fails.
Copper uplinks & transit
1 Gbps copper uplink included standard. Upgradeable up to 10 Gbps on request. Cross-connects available. Fiber uplinks coming soon.
Physical security
Controlled access, 24/7 environmental monitoring, and facility-grade physical security throughout.
Remote hands on request
Drive swaps, power cycles, cable runs — our on-site team handles physical tasks so you don’t have to travel.
Rack space
Common footprints
Prices shown are for rack space and 1 Gbps copper connectivity (fiber coming soon). Power is metered and billed separately at local commercial rates — we never mark it up.
Single server, router, or network appliance.
+ power at local rate (~$0.13/kWh)
Dual-CPU nodes, mid-size storage, or two 1U units.
+ power at local rate (~$0.13/kWh)
High-density compute, GPU, or large storage servers.
+ power at local rate (~$0.13/kWh)
Growing footprint with room to expand. Flexible for mixed workloads.
+ power at local rate (~$0.13/kWh)
Dedicated cabinet with maximum density and dual redundant power feeds.
+ power at local rate (~$0.13/kWh)
How power billing works
Power is metered per cabinet and billed at the local commercial utility rate — currently approximately $0.13/kWh (Albany, NY area, National Grid). The rate adjusts with utility changes and is passed through at cost with no markup.

How it works
Tell us your requirements
Share rack units, power draw, uplink needs, and add-ons. We'll put together a line-item quote — no vague estimates.
Ship and coordinate delivery
Ship your hardware to our facility. We handle racking, cabling, and initial power-on verification.
Go live and stay in control
Manage your hardware remotely. Need a physical hand? Our team is on-site or on-call.
